28 folklore ensembles from 28 Croatian Catholic mission and communities in Germany will appear at the 17th Croatian Folklore Festival, to be held at Heusenstamm near Offenbach, and hosted by the Croatian Pastoral Office in Frankfurt.

For the first time since its founding in 1949, the LADO – Croatian National Dance and Song Ensemble is to visit the Australian continent in April this year. During their two-week tour, 17 April – 2 May 2005, LADO will perform in Sydney (18 – 22 April); Wollongong(17 April); Geelong (23 April); Melbourne (24 – 27 April); and Perth (28 Apirl – 2 May).
The heads of the Organisational Committee of the Croatian World Games (CWG) that are to be held in Zadar, 15 – 21 July 2005, are currently conducting a promotional tour around the USA and Canada. From 23 April to 7 May they will visit nine cities presenting the CWG which will be accompanied by an appropriate information counter.
For the first time ever the central Swiss town of Villmergen will be the host of the Villmergen Encounter with the intention of promoting Croatian culture, culinary delights and tourism. An exhibition will be organised as well as musical performances and a week of Croatian cooking. The focal point of the week will commence with Holy Mass in the local parish church on Sunday, 5 June 2005.
Under the auspices of the Croatian Heritage Foundation's Split branch from 9 to 14 June the Croatian Culture Days in Macedonia will be held for the fourth time. The central event will be focussed in Bitola where the Marko Marulić Croatian society is quite active.
A gala opening and the showing of director Tomislav Radić's film What Iva filmed on October 21st, 2003 on Saturday, September 3 (at 8:00 pm) kicks off the jubilee 10th Days of Croatian Film in Orašje. The event, organized by the Orašje Center for Culture and Orašje's Lipa Film and Theatre Association, and co-organized by the CHF, will over a period of eight days screen seven films shown at the Pula Film festival and one from Bosnia & Herzegovina at the Orašje Movie Theatre.
Dr. Ivan Ivančan’s Zagreb Folklore Ensemble on Friday, 30 September embarked on a one month tour around the United States of America under the auspices of the Croatian Homeland Foundation and the Croatian Immigrant Community.
The Ethnographic Museum in Zagreb has prepared an exhibition entitled Croatian Music and Identitywhich will be presented from 26 August to 24 September 2006 at the Museum of European Culture in Berlin. The opening of the exhibition was held on Saturday, 26 August at 5 p.m. as part of the programme, The Long Evenings of Berlin Museum.
