The Čipčić's represented Angola at the games, with Maria Carmen and Marin taking home medals won in the 50-metre breaststroke event.

Emigrants' Days on Unije and Ilovik Islands

The festival on Unije island included a presentation of commendations by the event organisers, the City of Mali Lošinj and the local tourism board, the Slow Food Association of Unije, the local community committee and the Rijeka branch office of the Croatian Heritage Foundation.

Our Australians at the Games

One of the top medal winners of these games was Tomislav Klarić (33) from Adelaide. This is his third showing at the Croatian World Games. He picked up two medals in tennis: gold in the doubles and bronze in the singles competition.
